摘要: Abstract Ceramide, as a second messenger, initiates one of the major signal transduction pathways in tumor apoptosis. Glucosylceramide synthase (GCS) catalyzes glycosylation ceramide and produces glucosylceramide. Through GCS, allows cellular escape from ceramide-induced programmed cell death. Here we investigated expression GCS human leukemia cells an association between multidrug resistance cells. Using RT-PCR technique level gene was detected 65 clinical resistance/non-resistance cases with leukemia, K562 K562/A02 lines.
