摘要: The eukaryotic genome encodes a large multigene family of proteins that share extensive sequence identity and biochemical properties with the major heat shock-inducible protein, HSP70. In human cells there are at least five distinct members HSP70 gene constitutively expressed or induced in response to physiological stress. genes encode many these HSP70-related have been cloned, comparison their corresponding nucleotide sequences has revealed high degree evolutionary conservation among within single species between (Moran et al. 1982; Lowe 1983; Hunt Morimoto 1985; Mues 1986). For example, shock as separated dnaK from E. coli reveals 50% amino acid level (Bardwell Craig 1984). Among proteins, GRP78 76% identical while P72 85% (Hunt 1985).
