摘要: Abstract The effective thermal conductivity, keff, for a kerosene-based ferrofluid with magnetite particles was determined, both in absence and presence of static magnetic field, H over the range (0–90) kA/m. In zero polarizing keff is greater than conductivity carrier liquid (kerosene) kF, increases greatly by applied field. obtained experimental results sample, were compared computed values using four theoretical models conductivity. specific heat (Ceff) diffusivity (Deff) also computed, show that all investigated parameters can be externally controlled means These are particular practical importance suggest may potential candidate incorporation into transfer devices other applications.
