摘要: Posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is a common, frequently chronic, and disabling condition which, along with acute (ASD), categorized as trauma- stressor-related by the DSM-5. These disorders are unique in requiring exposure to severe stressor, which implies that potential sufferers could be identified helped before developing disorder. Research on prevention strategies for stress-related has taken number of avenues, including intervention after trauma use both psychosocial somatic approaches. Despite advances neurobiological understanding response trauma, clinical evidence preventive interventions remains sparse. This review provides an overview approaches summarizes existing literature ASD PTSD, preclinical studies. Given benefits survivors society, development effective should given greater priority. Resources directed adequately test promising trials, research conducted according translational principles informs design
