摘要: Abstract The effects of starvation and re-feeding on Nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) remain incompletely understood so far. In this study, the changes intestinal microbiota, metabolic immune (antioxidant) responses during stages were investigated. (cortisol, ALT, AST, leptin) (hsp70, SOD, CAT) measured. Aspartate aminotransferase (AST) alanine (ALT) in group significantly increased decrease after re-feeding. Cortisol levels increase decreased During starvation, mRNA expression superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), heat shock protein (hsp70) up-regulated while leptin was down-regulated. microbial taxonomic composition slightly from feeding groups. relative abundance top five bacterial phyla (feeding, groups) Fusobacteria, Proteobacteria, Firmicutes, Bacteriodetes, Actinobacteria. three genera Cetobacterium, Romboutsia, Plesiomonas, Bacteroides, Clostridium senso stricto. Taken together, can modulate diversity communities, tilapia.
