Policy implications for community-managed forestry in Cambodia from experts’ assessments and case studies of community forestry practice

摘要: Over the last 40 years, it has been shown at global level that sustainable forestry can be achieved through comprehensive forest management, with decentralized institutional arrangements of community-managed coordinated by effective policy implementation. However, there is still a shortage evidence regarding whether community-based well characterized policies, assessing what action most needed and how best to address challenges faced in halting deforestation promoting rural livelihoods. The study analyzed experts’ assessments characteristics success Cambodia explored three case studies practice identify priorities for addressing implementation inadequacies There were two methods data collection.
