摘要: Surgeries performed with high-intensity laser devices may be improved accurate protocols, including the air-water spray regulation. Thus, this study sought to investigate healing process of wounds made on dorsum rat tongues using an Er,Cr:YSGG device different regulations. The incisions were Wistar three regulations (100/0%, 50/50%, 11/7%). Scalpel functioned as controls. sacrifices occurred between 0 and 14 days after surgery. Morphological, histological, immunohistochemical (fibronectin type III collagen) analysis performed. regulation influenced wound inflammatory response, especially in earlier stages. Incisions 100/0% air/water had worst results, expressing a greater amount fibronectin collagen. 50/50% brought non-clear surgical field poor interaction tissue. 11/7% showed best clinical results less pronounced histological events. According encountered, should regulated improve
