摘要: An extract from Botrytis cinerea culture filtrate was sprayed on grapevine plants (Vitis vinifera) to investigate its potential stimulate defense reactions. The triggered the induction of genes encoding pathogenesis-related (PR) proteins as chitinases (CHIT), polygalacturonase-inhibiting protein (PGIP), serine proteinase inhibitor (PIN), and enzymes involved in phytoalexin synthesis phenylalanine ammonia-lyase (PAL) stilbene synthase (STS). Correlated up-regulation these latter genes, content increased treated leaves. Consequently, treatment leaves with fungal protection toward Plasmopara viticola Erysiphe necator, causal agents downy powdery mildews, respectively. Disease severity significantly reduced elicited plants, approximately 61 % for mildew 83 mildew. This approach could represent a valuable strategy protect diseases an alternative or complementary method use pesticides.
