摘要: In this chapter, a new aqueous gel-tape-casting processing is introduced systematically. The solidification mechanism and influence factors of the are analyzed. Alumina green tapes have been prepared through successfully. Experimental results showed that efficiency styrene-acrylic binder obvious for water-based tape casting. Sodium alginate has successfully used to consolidate alumina from suspensions. Based on gel-tape-casting, another novel process, spray inducing instant was developed overcome limitation operating time. This process fit forming ceramic sheets with thickness less than 0.3 mm. researched works demonstrated sheet products fabricated by good quality, low pollution, costs, significant social economic benefits.
