摘要: Chemical modification can significantly enrich the structural and functional repertoire of ribonucleic acids endow them with new outstanding properties. Here, we report syntheses novel 2′-azido cytidine guanosine building blocks demonstrate their efficient site-specific incorporation into RNA by mastering synthetic challenge using phosphoramidite chemistry in presence azido groups. Our study includes detailed characterization nucleoside containing UV-melting profile analysis CD NMR spectroscopy.
