摘要: We have developed a novel waveguide microgripper capable of physically grasping microobject while simultaneously delivering and collecting light through its arms. This capability allows extensive optical characterization the structure being held such as transmission, reflection or fluorescence. Optical fibers connected to device deliver laser collect transmission fluorescence using photodetector spectrometer. The microobjects this will be demonstrated. Detection from quantum dot (QD) labeled presented.
