摘要: According to the standard version of discourse ethics (e.g. as formulated by Apel, Habermas, and others), objectivity moral norms resides in their intersubjective acceptability under idealized conditions discourse. These accounts have been criticized for not taking sufficient account contextual particularities realities actual This essay addresses such objections proposing a more realistic, contextualist 'principle real discourse' (RMD). RMD is derived from comprehensive concept that links with factual based features social conflicts problems they pose.
