摘要: In the present study, Graphene oxide/Hydroxyapatite (GO/HAp) nanocomposites were synthesized using a simple hydrothermal method. The synthesis approach involves use of ammonia, thiourea and urea as precipitating agents to obtain three nanocomposites, GO/HApA, GO/HApT GO/HApU, which display HAp nanoparticles with distinct morphologies. structure composition resultant investigated by x-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), Raman spectroscopy, Ultraviolet-Visible spectroscopy Transmition Electron Microscopy (TEM). MTT assay was performed test eventual cytotoxicity composites towards NIH-3T3 fibroblast-derived cell line. Important changes in biocompatibility found different ultrastructures, leading description ribbon like nanocrystal-displaying GO new biomaterial interesting features.
