摘要: Abstract The syntheses of some new zinc(II), palladium(II), platinum(II), ruthenium(II), rhodium(III) and silver(I) complexes kojic acid (Hka) in both the absence presence N,N- (2,2′-bipyridyl) P- (triphenylphosphine) ligands are reported. X-ray crystal structure mixed-ligand complex, [Ag(ka)(PPh3)], has been determined. IC50 values for growth proliferation [Ag(ka)(PPh3)] 8.80 8.87 μM, respectively. corresponding cisplatin 9.12 10.07 μM. DNA-binding properties studied using UV-vis spectroscopy. results indicate that may undergo intercalative CT-DNA binding view hypochromism. constants (Kb) show low-to-moderate abilities, which result from steric hindrance around primary chelate or bulky secondary (bpy, PPh3) moieties.
