摘要: One-dimensional (1D) La2O3 and La2O3 : Ln3+ (Ln = Ho/Yb) nanorods have been successfully synthesized at a mild condition via facile homogenous precipitation method followed heat treatment of their corresponding hydroxides. It can be found that the type alkali dosage urea play crucial roles in formation uniform lanthanum hydroxide nanorods. The are morphology-formative intermediate for oxides possible processes 1-D oxide were investigated. Under ultraviolet light low-voltage electron beam excitation, as-prepared Ho3+-doped show strong green emission to 5S2 → 5I8 transition Ho3+ ions, which possesses sharper lines region higher color purity than commercial ZnO : Zn phosphor. At same time, La2O3 : Ho3+ luminescence intensity its bulk samples under excitation condition. Furthermore, red up-conversion emissions originating from two-photon ESA ET also observed La2O3 : Yb3+, nanorod samples.
