摘要: Purpose: Muscarinic receptors are distributed widely in the brain. A recent study revealed that central muscarinic involved voiding regulation. However, to our knowledge role of each receptor subtype has not been resolved. Therefore, we evaluated effect intracerebroventricular administration selective M1 M4 antagonists on function rats.Materials and Methods: Female Sprague-Dawley rats were cannulated for infusion under halothane anesthesia. In experiment 1 cystometry was performed conscious rats, BC maximal pressure measured. 2 a catheter inserted via bladder dome neck UPP measured by saline infusion.
