摘要: Abstract : The primary objective of this field evaluation was to determine the acceptance and nutritional consumption MRE Heat & Serve Ration (H&S). This information obtained by collecting food acceptability ratings, ration overall opinions for nine consecutive days. H&S served breakfast dinner meals while solely lunch meal. conducted 2 - 11 September 1995 at Yakima Training Center, Yakima, WA. found most items acceptable feeding. All (rated more than 10 soldiers) were well received with both variety acceptability. Most ratings above 5.0, mid-point 9-point scale. Positive findings nutrient intake include fat sodium levels falling somewhat below recommended NSOR less desirable caloric 3600 calories.
