摘要: Abstract The results of this study show that grafts adrenal medulla into the rat brain parenchyma or ventricle produced significant blood-brain barrier dysfunction. Systematically administered protein rapidly entered either grafts, surrounding tissue cerebrospinal fluid. grafted chromaffin cells avidly took up blood-borne radiolabelled amine. Thus, autonomic transplants prevented normal reconstitution after surgery and indefinitely exposed host to compounds.
