摘要: Edible oils are necessary in daily cooking; therefore, it is significantly important to find an efficient scheme for its quality control. In this work, a miniature nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) apparatus was set up the identification of edible with different qualities. Experimental results show that total transverse relaxation time commercial refined oil shorter than poor oil. Further data processing performed inverse Laplace transformation distribution analysis. The spectra times qualities also different, among which, has two peaks whereas three peaks. experimental well agreed theoretical As NMR employed analyze suspected illegal cooking which were seized at scene inspection, all confirmed be oils. can detect adulterated conclusion, presented could potential tool
