摘要: The present invention is related to a fungal serine protease enzyme, which said enzyme has activity and comprises an amino acid sequence of Malbranchea ALKO4122 mature as defined in SEQ ID NO:18 or having at least 66% identity the NO:18. Also disclosed isolated nucleic molecule, comprising polynucleotide encodes sequences encoding protease, host cell process producing polypeptide activity. Said useful preparation applicable detergent compositions for treating fibers, wool, hair, leather, silk, food feed, any applications involving modification, degradation removal proteinaceous material.
