摘要: Observations of star-forming regions by the current and upcoming generation submillimeter polarimeters will shed new light on evolution magnetic fields over cloud-to-core size scales involved in early stages star formation process. Recent wide-area high-sensitivity polarization observations have drawn attention to challenges modeling field structure forming regions, due variations dust properties interstellar medium.
