摘要: T-box riboswitches constitute a large family of tRNA-binding leader sequences that play central role in gene regulation many gram-positive bacteria. Accurate inference the tRNA binding to is critical predict their cis-regulatory activity. However, there no repository information on specificities riboswitches, and de novo prediction requires advanced knowledge computational tools annotate riboswitch secondary structure features. Here, we present Riboswitch Annotation Database (TBDB, https://tbdb.io), an open-access database with collection 23,535 sequences, spanning major phyla 3,632 bacterial species. Among structural predictions, TBDB also identifies specifier cognate partners, downstream regulatory targets. To our knowledge, presents largest feature, sequence, annotations carried out this important RNA.
