摘要: Abstract This study evaluated the allelopathy, uptake and accumulation, potential agricultural food safety risks of nicotine in broad bean (Vicia faba L.) during seed germination seedling growth. Nicotine stress has an allelopathic inhibitory effect on seeds a hormesis germinated seedlings, which enhancement ( 100 mg kg−1) 200 mg kg−1) seedlings. Exogenous can be absorbed by roots from nicotine-contaminated soil accumulated main organs especially leaves, exceeded maximum residue level (0.03 mg kg−1 DW) at 50 mg kg−1. Moreover, resulted bitter taste edible disrupting balance basic nutritional properties, decreasing sucrose, increasing substances such as choline procyanidin. These results demonstrated that residual not only poses to sustainable development but also risk for consumers. The present provides insight into agroecosystems.
