摘要: The frequency of occurrence the litter-decomposing basidiomycetes ofPicea abies andP. glehnii forest floors in Hokkaido was investigated. In both theP. plots (each 10 m×10 m), generaCollybia andMycena were frequently observed. Species composition, occurrence, and basidioma numbers each species different between two plots, but several common to both. Seven isolated from plot (C. acervata, C. pinastris, Marasmius pallidocephalus, Ma. wettsteinii, My. aurantiidisca, clavicularis, Mycena sp. 1) four alphitophora (=My. osmundicola), 1,My. vulgaris) tested for their ability degrade lignin by a simple plate test extracellular phenoloxidases measuring Klason loss needle litter spruce. All strains fungi showed positive reactions on test. Lignin contained degraded all (onlyMy. not tested), rates varied 9% 40% over two-month period vitro. with ligninolytic such found respectively 77% 60% 100 subplots plot. results this study suggest that decomposition floor is event studiedPicea forests diversity activity among or may cause spatial heterogeneity thePicea floor.
