摘要: We present here an efficient and simple method for preparation of highly active heterogeneous ZnO photocatalyst (graphene oxide-zinc oxide: GO-ZnO), specifically by deposition nanoparticles onto thiolated GOs. The resultant GO-ZnO sample was characterized TEM, XRD, Auger, XPS, Raman measurements, revealing that the size-similar quasi-spherical were anchored to GO surfaces. average particle diameter about 2.5 nm. In photodegradation methylene blue (MB) under ultraviolet (UV) light, exhibited remarkably enhanced photocatalytic efficiency compared with pure particles. This strong performance can be attributed suppression electron recombination enhancement mass transportation. results showed is preferable supporting material.
