摘要: A computer program has been devised to select those clinical chemistry results that have a high probability of error for inclusion on discrepancy report, which is printed demand throughout the day. Each report entry evaluated by supervisor, who decides whether accept result or re-assay. With this program, 8.4% all were included 1.9% re-assayed, and 0.83% judged be in corrected. Checking at time their release led earlier delivery more convenient timing re-assays without compromise patient safety.
