摘要: The dependence of electrode response on additive properties in enzyme-modified carbon paste was studied. Four different HY-zeolite powders, dealuminated to extents and characterized by both Si/Al ratio hydrophilicity, were used as the modifiers. enzyme tyrosinase biosensors for detection catechol other phenolic compounds chosen model system construction a composite biosensor incorporating HY-zeolites additives. Tyrosinase trapped particles from buffer solution, dried mixed with graphite powder pasting oil. It found that into heterogeneous reaction rate redox conversion signal increased. In latter case higher observed increased i.e., decreased HY-zeolite. paste/solution interface is considered be an aqueous/organic phase characteristics enzyme- modified are related theories, explaining enzymatic catalysis organic solvents.
