摘要: We consider the impact of multi-user interference on a bit-interleaved coded-modulation system with M-ary PPM (BIC PPM) in an impulse-radio ultra-wideband physical layer. In realistic scenario such as ad hoc network, is inherently variable. This justifies need for layer that can optimally adapt its transmission parameters to level. use puncturing channel code so we not only change modulation order M but also rate. study by simulation how optimal combination and rate behaves various degrees interference. The results show BIC be successfully adapted levels conditions. It shows benefit both adaptation, especially presence
