摘要: There are many sources of systematic variation in microarray experiments which affect the measured gene expression levels. Normalization is term used to describe process removing such variation. Two-color cDNA comparative nature; therefore, commonly normalization methods focus on adjusting value log-intensity ratios between red and green channels. This paper reviews some procedures required ensure that observed differences across spots both within slides reliably measured. In addition, investigates possibility obtaining meaningful single-channel information from two-color after careful normalization.
