摘要: Porcine circovirus 2 (PCV2) is responsible for a wide range of associated diseases (PCVD) affecting swine production worldwide. Highly efficient commercial vaccines induce protective immunity, but PCV2 still circulating in vaccinated farms. Thus, and because the viruś high mutation rate, recent findings provide concerns about strains capable to escape vaccination. Based on 2156 samples from individual pigs 315 herds Germany we describe effectivity vaccination between 2008 third quarter 2011. In this period, virus load dropped continuously at end period it hardly reached limit quantification. Thereafter, loads re-increased, although most were vaccinated. Sixty-two randomly selected (n=28) non-vaccinated (n=26) 2012 completely sequenced. As compared PCV2b reference sequence 259 polymorphisms detected. Polymorhisms analysed associations status, genotype (PCV2a/PCV2b), load. PCV2a sequences significantly repelled by PCV2b. One SNP position 1182 (g.1182G>T), involved capsid epitope formation, was with (2a/2b). Moreover, affected vaccination, effects allele frequencies viral load, independent We conclude that there indeed evidence selectional impact sequence, especially nucleotides formation. Such variation might be observed re-increase PCV2-loads 2011 Germany.
