摘要: Vibra tome sections of male hamster brains were treated immunohistochemically with LHRH antiserum, and the anatomical distribution immunoreactive cells nerve fibers was assessed. LHRH-cell bodies are found in ventral hypothalamus that includes its preoptic, anterior central parts, septum, olfactory tubercle, main accessory bulb, prepiriform cortex. In addition, extracerebral LHRH-neurons ganglia exist LHRH-positive nerves at ventromedial surface tubercle bulb as well nerves. Dense networks LHRH-immunoreactive all regions where exist. Intraseptal connections reach organum vasculosum lamina terminalis, subfornical organ, lateral ventricle. Dorsolateral projections from septum can be traced via fimbria hippocampi alveus to hippocampus, stria terminalis amygdala piriform Ventrolateral extend level preoptic-anterior hypothalamic area amygdalofugal pathway cortex amygdala. Dorsal supracallosal longitudinalis seen induseum griseum cingulate Caudal efferents habenula, interpeduncular nucleus, midbrain raphe, gray rostral fourth ventricle medullaris fasciculus retroflexus by a projection periventricular subventricular hypothalamus. A major portion this ventrocaudal gives rise dense network median eminence. Anatomical relationships LHRH-fibers certain inner ventricular outer brain noted.
