摘要: Three commercial broiler breeds were fed from hatch with a diet supplemented Capsicum and Curcuma longa oleoresins, co-infected Eimeria maxima Clostridium perfringens to induce necrotic enteritis (NE). Pyrotag deep sequencing of bacterial 16S rRNA showed that gut microbiota compositions quite distinct depending on the breed type. In absence oleoresin diet, number operational taxonomic units (OTUs), was decreased in infected Cobb, increased Ross Hubbard, compared uninfected. all chicken had Candidatus Arthromitus, while proportion Lactobacillus but Hubbard Ross. Oleoresin supplementation chickens OTUs Cobb Ross, unsupplemented/infected controls. associated an percentage Selenihalanaerobacter, fraction Clostridium, Calothrix, Geitlerinema. These results suggest dietary Capsicum/Curcuma oleoresins reduced negative consequences NE body weight intestinal lesion, part, through alteration microbiome 3 breeds.
