Laterality in Responce of Brain Activity during Mirror Therapy using Near-infrared Spectroscopy

摘要: This study presents the activation of left prefrontal area by Mirror Therapy (MT) targeted to improve function upper arms. The subjects were eight right handed females who going receive MT for fi rst time. Cortical brain activity was compared through oxygen ized hemoglobin ([oxy-Hb]) using near infra-red multi-channel monitor, during resting image training (IT). result showed a signifi cant increase [oxy-Hb] in lower imagined their xed hand and motion. Our data sujest that greater importance than feel mirror illusion case right-handed person.
