摘要: Abstract After infection with bacteriophage T4, Escherichia coli B shows an increase in activity for reduction of adenosine diphosphate to deoxyadenosine diphosphate. An allosteric effector appears be deoxyguanosine triphosphate, which is needed reveal the crude extracts infected cells. The enzyme system determined by three phage genes, nrdA, B, and C, involved all ribonucleoside diphosphates, ADP, GDP, UDP, CDP. A sensitive assay ribonucleotide reductase was developed based on separation reaction products polyethyleneimine cellulose thin layer chromatography.
