摘要: With the increase in number of service years for high-speed railways, foundation rail track suffers from settlement, which causes irregularity. To adjust position and meet regularity demands, several components fastening system will be replaced by different sized components. It is important to measure exact geometric parameters a before adjusting track. Currently, measurement process conducted manually, laborious error-prone. In this paper, real-time parameter railway fastener based on 2-D laser profilers presented. Dense precise 3-D point clouds fasteners are obtained system. A extraction method presented extract cloud region-growing algorithm used locate key fastener. Then, worked out. An experiment was near Wuhan, China verify accuracy repeatability The maximum root-mean-square-error between manual 0.3 mm, demonstrates adequate accuracy. This can replace measurements greatly improve efficiency fasteners.
