摘要: As a support for the guidelines published in 2001, review of literature was carried out using evidence-based approach order to update state art regarding epidemiology and treatment traumatic dental injuries primary dentition. An online search Medline, expert literature, lead conclusion that most luxation heal spontaneously, unless more conclusive evidence is available, conservative acute trauma preschool children suggested. Pain control, dentist's ability cope with child's anxiety, follow-up instructions oral hygiene techniques will allow many teeth are currently lost at time injury be saved.
