摘要: We attempted to detect circulating hepatocellular carcinoma by demonstrating hepatocyte-associated mRNA in the nuclear cell component of peripheral blood using nested reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction because extremely small number tumor cells circulation. Albumin was demonstrated not only liver tissue (hepatocytes) and HepG2 but also from normal healthy volunteers (neutrophils lymphocytes) reaction. In contrast, alpha-fetoprotein tissue, as well cells, volunteers, indicating possibility for detection benign malignant hepatocytes among population neutrophils lymphocytes. alpha-Fetoprotein detected 17 33 cases (52%), 2 13 cirrhosis (15%) chronic hepatitis (12%). 26 (0%). Among patients with carcinoma, total volume maximum size serum level were markedly increased blood. addition, all 6 showing metastasis at extrahepatic organs (100%), contrast 11 27 without (41%). From these results, we conclude that presence may be an indicator or hepatocytes, which might predict hematogenous spreading carcinoma.
