摘要: Abstract Peptide:N-glycanase (PNGase) is a deglycosylating enzyme that catalyzes the hydrolysis of β-aspartylglycosylamine bond aspargine-linked glycopeptides and glycoproteins. Earlier studies from our laboratory indicated PNGase catalyzed de-N-glycosylation was limited to glycopeptide substrates, but recent reports have demonstrated it also acts upon full-length misfolded In this study, we utilized two glycoprotein yeast carboxypeptidase chicken egg albumin (ovalbumin), study deglycosylation activity its mutants. Our results provide further evidence substrates clearly establish only on or denatured
