摘要: Metal nanoparticles are widely used in different areas such as biotechnology and biomedicine, for example drug delivery, imaging control of bacterial growth. The antimicrobial effect silver has been identified an alternative approach to the increasing resistance antibiotics. Silver were synthesized by green route using Geranium extract a reducing agent. characterization was carried out techniques UV-Vis spectrophotometry, transmission electron microscopy (TEM), high-resolution (HRTEM), X-ray emitted photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) diffraction. Nanoparticle diameters between 15 50 nm obtained interplanar spaces calculated from diffraction pattern corresponding mixture with 4H FCC structures. To determine minimum inhibitory concentration (AgNPs) on Pseudomonas aeruginosa bacteria (ATCC-27853), concentrations colloidal solution 0.36, 0.18, 0.09 0.05 μg/mL evaluated function incubation time, measuring inhibition halo colony forming unit (CFU) during 0, 2 4 h incubation. AgNPs (MIC) is 0.36 at 0 while 0.18 presents total bacterium after h. For rest dilutions, gradual inhibitions time observed. We evaluate antibacterial methodology bacteria. Finally, nanoparticle can be biomedical approaches.
