摘要: Histidine-tryptophan-ketoglutarate (HTK) solution was introduced by Bretschneider as a cardioplegia in the early 1980s and has subsequently been applied to organ preservation for transplantation Europe during North America last six yr. With increasing use of HTK primary preservation, it is important that transplant community be aware properties this advantages disadvantages its use. Even if center uses an alternative solution, likely import offers will made allografts have preserved HTK. In review article, recent literature describing clinical abdominal summarized with references earlier reports when indicated.
