摘要: Two groups of adult rats fed a choline-deficient diet supplemented with neomycin in their drinking water for 250 or 350 days were protected against the development liver fibrosis and cirrhosis. At termination study these animals weighed more than others not receiving neomycin. This difference weight did appear to be caused by growth-promoting effect but rather reflected increased severity disease resultant loss Protection was cancelled when Salmonella typhosa endotoxin added water. It concluded that protective mediated an alteration intestinal microflora resulting reduction numbers organisms contributing intraluminal endotoxin. In presence choline deficiency, absorption may contribute
