摘要: Single molecule detection based on nanopore technology is a very promising approach for medical diagnostics, drug therapy and even DNA sequencing. Compared with other biological nanopores solid-state nanopores, the glass capillary has low cost, easy availability stable mechanical characteristics, thus it been widely used in single detection. In this review, we will focus studies of sensors. The popular fabrication methods would be introduced, applications nanoparticles, proteins molecules presented. We hope review help widen field vision promote development nanopores.
