摘要: A new method is proposed for the production of a novel chitin-polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxanes (POSS) enzyme support. Analysis by such techniques as X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and Raman confirmed effective functionalization chitin surface. The resulting hybrid carriers were used in process immobilization lipase type b from Candida antarctica (CALB). Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) enzyme. tests catalytic activity showed that support-biocatalyst systems remain hydrolytically active (retention hydrolytic up to 87% + Methacryl POSS® cage mixture (MPOSS) CALB after 24 h immobilization), well represents good thermal operational stability, retain over 80% its wide range temperatures (30–60 °C) pH (6–9). Chitin-POSS-lipase transesterification processes rapeseed oil at various reaction conditions. Produced allowed total conversion fatty acid methyl esters (FAME) glycerol 10 temperature 40 °C, while was chitin-modifying agent.
