摘要: Ultrasound (US) carried out and interpreted by clinicians at the bedside is now called point-of-care US (POCUS). Clinical studies on POCUS have been based ideas of "creation", "extraction", "combination". "Creation" refers to findings for upper airway lung being obtained bedside. "Extraction" suitable extracted from comprehensive US, including echocardiography, abdominal whole-leg US. "Combination" these applications combined assessment patients with trauma, shock, or dyspnea. Emergency critical care physicians many opportunities encounter trauma non-trauma dyspnea, both. Furthermore, scope includes diseases injuries that present both shock Therefore, we propose a basic framework systematic airway, breathing, circulation approach initial management dyspnea in adult patients. In this article, update review each application their combination framework. practical usage clinical presentations improve
