摘要: A bilayer artificial skin composed of an outer layer silicone polymer and inner sponge collagen containing chondroitin 6-sulphate was developed by modifying the technique proposed Yannas et al. The placed on defects backs rats. Histological observation indicated that fibroblasts capillaries infiltrated into pores filled in lattice spaces, resulting synthesis connective tissue matrix absorption original network 6-sulphate. Epidermal cells migrated from edge wound between two layers. Post-operative contracture with significantly less than control.
