摘要: This chapter provides a concise overview of the rise universal human rights as critical aspect international politics and governance. Drawing from this contemporary history an outline relationship between political pedagogical in historical context, critically analyzes some complexities theory implementation global agenda through three lenses: its philosophical antecedents; legal implications; curriculum ramifications rights. A conclusion outlines parameters for future research strengthening provision rights, education citizenship social justice.
