摘要: Classification systems for fractures of the femur with a prosthetic hip in situ are diverse and complex. Most them based on site fracture, which is not most important differentiating factor treatment planning. The Coventry classification system groups periprosthetic into 'happy hips' 'unhappy whether or stem loose. In 'happy' hips, only needs to address fracture itself, unless fixation has been compromised by fracture. hips', revision prosthesis recommended.
