摘要: During the selection of monoclonal antibodies (Mab) raised against purified carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) two Mabs were identified which immunoprecipitated a glycoprotein 95kD present in perchloric acid extracts normal lung and on surface granulocytes. One these antigens had molecular weight 55kD, other one 95kD. When tested frozen sections colon carcinomas, spleen, pancreas each type Mab gave clearly different pattern reactivity.
