摘要: The phases and microstructures of the stoichiometric Gd123 samples around peritectic temperature in various oxygen partial pressures have been investigated. identification were performed for heated to melting point GdBa2Cu3Oy (Gd123) P(O2)=10-4-10-2atm with high x-ray diffraction (XRD). While phase was directly decomposed into Gd2BaCuO5 (Gd211) liquid above P(O2) ≥ 10-2atm, ≤ 10-3atm it Gd211 phase, BaCu2O2 below a complete decomposition Gd123. Consequently, melt processing technique 10-3atm, 123 does not crystallize large size due existence BaCu2O2.
