摘要: This study is to assess the prevalence rates spatial pattern of neural tube defects with geographic information system and filtering technique. A total 80 infants who diagnosed from in area being studied between 1998 2001 were analyzed. Firstly, (GIS) software ArcGIS was used map crude rates. Secondly, data smoothed by method filtering. We evaluated that effect changes radius size assessed creating maps based on various sizes. The 3 miles or larger gives better section variability than 2 2.5 smaller ones. produced technique indicate villages southeastern region are produce higher other regions. Heshun County display a more adequate representation raw rate map.
